| Purpose | This consultation portal contains documents that will make up the Lancashire Minerals and Waste Development Framework which are produced by the Joint Planning Authorities (Lancashire County Council, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and Blackpool Council) who have responsibility to plan for minerals and waste development in Lancashire, Blackburn and Blackpool. You can give your views on preferred options site allocations and development management policies using the portal between 7 January and 19 February 2010. |
