| Key findings | Most societies were extremely grateful to have a wide range of scores and scripts to help with their performances available via the library for a very modest rate. Helpfulness of staff was rated highter than knowledge of staff. Parking was a problem - not always easy to park near the library to collect large boxes of vocal scores. Online services would be appreciated. |
