Purpose	The Statement of Community Involvement describes how the council will engage with interested parties through the plan making and development management process. Lancashire County Council is consulting on a revised Statement of Community Involvement. This revision is necessary in order to bring the Statement of Community Involvement in line with new planning regulations and guidance.
