Key findings | Primary and secondary education (56%), crime prevention (55%), and services for older people (55%) are the highest spending priorities. Museums and galleries are seen as the services that should be the lowest priorities for spending next year (53%). The average increase that all panel members would be prepared to pay is 3.2%. |
