Parent carer consultation

Purpose	We are reviewing our parent carer participation approach and organisation. We are reviewing how the 12 local parent carer forums are delivered and would welcome your views. Your views are important as they will: - help us to understand how you like to have your voice heard; - help make us aware of any local issues; and - feed into our future service planning and delivery. We also want to know how families which include a child or young person with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) would like to receive information relevant to them.
