Lancashire BreakTime

Purpose	Parents and carers are being asked to complete a short survey about the effect on them of the changes this summer to the Lancashire Break Time activities for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). The changes are in order to meet government requirements relating to coronavirus. This survey will help the county council plan its summer activities while making sure that social distancing measures are in place to help prevent the spread of coronavirus.
