Individual Service Fund (ISF) User Survey

New Search

Purpose An Individual Service Fund (ISF) is an arrangement where the Council transfers the money agreed for a person;s care and support arrangements to an organisation of their choice, which is usually their care provider

By choosing to have an ISF, the person can be in control of how their support is designed and delivered. The care provider works with the person to plan their care , support and activities.

The new ISF policy sets out the arrangements for how care providers work with the person to develop tailored adult social care, support and activities.

We are currently consulting our stakeholders about the new policy, including how clear it is to understand.

Following the consultation, we will review the feedback and revise an updated policy, which will go to Cabinet later this year.
