Purpose We are seeking your views about our proposal to expand Kingsbury Primary School, School Lane Campus, School Lane, Skelmersdale, Lancashire, WN8 8EH and whether you think this is a good idea. We are proposing to expand the number of special school places by 30 by creating additional classrooms on the school site.

This is a formal consultation we are carrying out as part of the process to make a change like this to a school.

We want to assure you that we will give careful consideration to all your comments and opinions.

Kingsbury Primary School is a special school for pupils with generic learning difficulties, catering for pupils aged 2-11. The proposal is to expand the school by creating 30 additional places in accommodation on the school site which is to be funded by the school which would increase capacity at Kingsbury Primary School to 120.

We would like your views on this proposed expansion of Kingsbury Primary School. An event will be held at the school so that you can get more information and ask any questions you may have. Details about this will be available on the school website.
