| Purpose | Lancashire County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Grosvenor Park Primary School, Roeburn Drive, Grosvenor Park, Morecambe, Lancashire, LA3 3RY and is seeking your views on this. It is proposed that a new special educational needs (SEN) unit within Grosvenor Park Primary School is created which will produce places for 16 children with special educational needs.
