| Purpose | Lancashire County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to The Loyne Specialist School, Sefton Drive, Lancaster, LA1 2QD and is seeking your views on this. It is proposed that the number of special school places at the site will increase by 30, by creating additional classroom space in existing buildings on the school site.
