Purpose	Lancashire County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to Brockholes Wood Community Primary School, Brant Road, Preston, PR1 5TU and is seeking your views on this. It is proposed that a new special educational needs (SEN) unit is created at Brockholes Wood Community Primary School which will produce places for 16 children with special educational needs.
