2027-28 Budget Consultation
How to take part
| Purpose | Lancashire County Council delivers many services, including supporting vulnerable children, caring for older people, providing schools, libraries, disposing of waste and looking after roads. To deliver these services the council has an annual budget, the income for the budget mostly comes from Council Tax, grants, and business rates. We want to gather your views to help inform our annual budget report, which makes recommendations to a meeting of all councillors for how the next year’s budget should be spent. As we plan our 2027-28 budget, we would like to hear your views on: - How the county council spends its money to deliver services - The rate of Council Tax for 2027/28 |
