Key findings Males are more likely to use the service than females, non-disabled people are more likely to use the service than disabled people, few 17-24 year olds are likely to use the service, and few people 65+ are likely to use the service. No significant differences in satisfaction between groups.
Outcomes Results delivered back to the service for business planning and service development purposes.
