| Purpose | From 1 June 2025 it will be illegal to supply single use vapes. The single-use vapes ban: The regulations are the Environmental Protection (Single-use Vapes) (England) Regulations 2024 and they will be enforced by Lancashire County Council Trading Standards. The Regulations contain a range of Civil sanctions and there is a requirement that each regulator must publish guidance about their use. Before that happens, we are also required to consult on the guidance we propose to publish. As part of the consultation, we are asking whether you have any comments or suggestions on the following draft guidance attached below.
