Learning disability preferred provider consultation

New Search

Purpose To make sure the preferred provider scheme is fit for purpose. We think it is important to listen to the views of people who receive a service and their families and loved ones about what is working and not working. We also want to listen to the views of providers and health and social care professionals.
Everyone needs to be involved to think about what has worked and what has not worked about the preferred provider scheme.
Then we will be in a good position to know what to do when the scheme we have now ends in 2014. The decision could be to continue the scheme with some changes or it could be to do things in another way.
